• Founded in 2019 as a voluntary group, meeting 3-4 times a year for speaker events and networking.
• In 2024, we registered as a Ltd company to allow our founder to work full time and  better support our members and industry.  In 2026 we added Marine and Transport wings and began to welcome new corporate partners and members from those industries.
• Aiming to be a supportive, inclusive group for both men and women, relying on our male allies for support and collaboration.
• Since then, we have grown into a vibrant network of over 600 online members and a growing individual membership, which is also available to staff of corporate partners should they wish to have a direct link with the network.
• Focused on addressing skills shortages through schools and college outreach programs, mentorship initiatives, and industry engagement.
• Continually expanding our network with monthly speaker events and facility visits to our ever-growing corporate partner family.

Our schools and college outreach program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of aviation professionals. We offer various opportunities for you and your organisation to get involved, including mentoring, guest talks, and industry visits. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with MCAST to support students there in preparing for future roles in the industry.
