• Founded in 2019 as a voluntary group, meeting 3-4 times a year for speaker events and networking.
• In 2024, we registered as a Ltd company to allow our founder to work full time and  better support our members and industry.  In 2026 we added Marine and Transport wings and began to welcome new corporate partners and members from those industries.
• Aiming to be a supportive, inclusive group for both men and women, relying on our male allies for support and collaboration.
• Since then, we have grown into a vibrant network of over 600 online members and a growing individual membership, which is also available to staff of corporate partners should they wish to have a direct link with the network.
• Focused on addressing skills shortages through schools and college outreach programs, mentorship initiatives, and industry engagement.
• Continually expanding our network with monthly speaker events and facility visits to our ever-growing corporate partner family.
• We host the only cross industry careers fair attracting exhibitors from all industries and visited by excellent candidates
• We host the women in aviation, marine and transport awards
• We host Women on the MOVE conference, an industry conference which features 80% female speakers
• All brought together in our quarterly magazine "Momentum"

Our schools and college outreach program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of aviation professionals. We offer various opportunities for you and your organisation to get involved, including mentoring, guest talks, and industry visits. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with MCAST to support students there in preparing for future roles in the industry. 

• Middle Schools visits, aged 10 years and up, to introduce them to the super world of aviation, marine, and transport. Attended by our industry professionals who will talk to the pupils and teachers to answer any questions they may have that perhaps the school's in-house careers advisors don't have the experience to support.
• Continue to answer questions and queries and act as the unofficial point of contact for parents of kids interested in a career in transport.
• Meet with both the boys and girls of MCAST to ensure all understand the benefits of a diverse team; 11 goalkeepers do not make a good football team!
• Continue to encourage and match those students who feel mentorship will be beneficial for them with industry mentors.
• Invite the students whenever we can to get involved with our industry events, giving them an understanding of how to conduct themselves in professional settings while allowing them to feel part of the industry that they will shape in the future!
