- Founded in 2019 as a voluntary group, meeting 3-4 times a year for speaker events and networking.
- In 2024, we registered as a Ltd company to better support the industry.
- Aiming to be a supportive, inclusive group for both men and women, relying on our male allies for support and collaboration.
- Since then, we have grown into a vibrant networ

- Aiming to be a supportive, inclusive group for both men and women, relying on our male allies for support and collaboration.
- Since then, we have grown into a vibrant network of over 500 online members and a growing individual membership, which is also avaliable to staff of corporate partners should they wish to have a direct link with the network.
- Focused on addressing skills shortages through schools and college outreach programs, mentorship initiatives, and industry engagement.
- Continually expanding our network with monthly speaker events and facility visits to our ever-growing corporate partner family.

We have a Memorandum of Understanding with MCAST to support students there in prepa
Our schools and college outreach program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of aviation professionals. We offer various opportunities for you and your organisation to get involved, including mentoring, guest talks, and industry visits. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with MCAST to support students there in preparing for future roles in the industry. Additionally, we conduct monthly visits to middle schools to engage with students early and spark their interest in aviation careers.
