At Women In Aviation Malta, we are a team of experienced aviation professionals led by founder and MD Ruth Sawers, We are lucky enough to be supported by WiAM Ambassadors who give their time and expertise over different disciplines.
WIAM took shape in 2020 and has grown to over 400 online members through its monthly networking opportunities and an ever growing annual fee paying membership family! We exist to support the industry, close skill and gender gaps and enhance your Company HR departments commitment to its valued employees through our varied programmes and projects

Strong understanding of SMS, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety standards required. Minimum 2 years in a quality-related role within the aviation industry.
Some accounts experience is requested, junior role with superb prospect's
2 years in a similar CAMO role (ideally, with business aviation) or 5 years in a Part 145 organisation.
Roster: 4 ON / 4 OFF. Type ratings: A320NEO, B737 series (Classic, NG & MAX), and B777 series preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in flight and ground ops within the business aviation sector is required.
